$135 - Includes a comprehensive health assessment from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. We take a detailed history, discuss your goals and concerns, and explore how acupuncture and other techniques may support your wellbeing. (75 minutes).

$90 - Follow-up sessions allow us to review your progress, address any changes in your symptoms and adjust your treatment plan as needed. (45 minutes)

$120 - Provide additional time to review your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. These longer sessions can include additional techniques such as cupping, remedial massage, or moxibustion, depending on your goals and preferences. (60 minutes).
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage therapy focuses on assessing and treating soft tissue and muscles, aiming to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. This can help with chronic or acute pain or injuries.

$90 - A focused session aimed at addressing specific areas of tension, discomfort, or muscle tightness. Suitable for targeted relief and maintenance.

$120 - A standard session that allows for a more thorough treatment of multiple areas, combining targeted work with general muscle relaxation and improved mobility.

$160 - An extended session providing comprehensive care, allowing time for deeper work, full-body treatment, and the inclusion of additional techniques such as stretching, myofascial release or cupping.
Combined Treatments
This combination of treatments provides the best of Acupuncture and Massage. The nervous and vascular system are targeted by acupuncture while massage provides a deep relaxation and relief to the muscles and soft tissues.

Herbal Medicine
We use Chinese traditional patent herbal formulas to complement our treatments. This can be in capsules, powder or pills. The combination of plants and minerals supports internal health while being tailored to specific conditions and individuals.

Cupping & other TCM techniques
Cupping, Guasha, Moxibustion and Tuina are Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques that we may include in our Acupuncture consultations depending on your assessment and treatment goals.

We work alongside OneHealth Osteopathy & Recovery, directed by Jonathan Liakopoulos.
